Shipping rules

Delivery details:

The delivery time is dependent on amount of ordered commodities and can vary from 24 hours to 7 working days.

Usually, the time of order realization is no longer than 48 hours.

The shipping company delivers goods within 2 to 5 days depending on the destination of customer in Europe.

A customer service worker will contact the ordering person and inform about the term of delivery realization.

Our system will automatically send the parcel's tracking number as soon as the parcel is sent by us.

Within the borders of Poland, the products are sent via couriers: DPD, UPS or DHL

Products are sent abroad via courier delivery company DPD and UPS (delivery time 2-5 days depend of the region).

Package costs are included in the delivery costs. We would like to advise our customers to purchase numerous types of commodities at once in order to avoid the necessity to cover costs of consecutive deliveries. We cannot group two different orders, so delivery costs are calculated for each of them separately.

If you decide to place new order and would like to combine it together with previous order, we can store orders which are already prepared and non prepaid in our warehouse for not longer than 7 days.

The purchased products are always properly packed and secured to avoid any damages.

Please check the package after reception, in order to verify if it has not been damaged during the transport.

Shipping to European countries:

Parcels up to 40 kg weight - shipping by DHL Express Worldwide: 280 Euro (price include customs fees)
