§ 1

Preconditions

The regulations refer to the the basis of operation of the web-shop, which is available online at: www.gatito.pl.

In order to take advantage of services provided by the shop, it is required to accept the terms and conditions first.

Order can be placed in following languages: polish, english, french, italian, german.

§ 2

Wholesaling sale

Our commodities are sold via the Internet, through the www.gatito.pl website, where all available products are presented, as well as other important pieces of information concerning particular items. You can also visit us in our wholesaler centre in Jaworzno.

Wholesale is the only acceptable form of trade. Only registered companies can make transaction. We are not offering sale to individuals.

In the case of shortage of ordered products in the storage, the customer will be immediately informed about the fact. It may happen that particular commodities presented in the service have been sold out.

All prices of products are provided in the gross PLN currency (The prices  include VAT tax).

If registered user provided EU VAT number during registration, prices show 0% VAT included, if not, prices include 23% of VAT in last step of the shopping process - in the basket

Each product comes with issued VAT invoice or a cash register receipt.

Prices of the offered commodities are available for users after logging on the Internet shop.

§ 3

Order placement

Purchase orders can be placed via website: www.gatito.pl

The basis for realization of the order is a completed and properly filled ordering form. In the case, where provided pieces of information are suspected to be invalid, administration of the Internet shop holds right to delete such an order.

Orders are realized in accordance to the date of order placement till supplies last.

§ 4

Payment methods

There are following methods of payment for odered commodities available:

 - Money bank transfer in EUR, GBP or PLN currency (company provide EUR, GBP and PLN account for bank transfers),

 - Cash on delivery  (only within polish borders),

 - Secure credit card payment: Visa, Mastercard - through payment partner - PayU,

 - Cash or credit card settlement during collection in our showroom

§ 5

Reclamation

If the delivered product has any manufacturing defects, the customer holds full right to make a complaint.

In the aforementioned case, the customer should inform us about the fact via e-mail and then send the faulty product/s to us with the invoice confirming the purchase and properly filled reclamation form.

All reclamations will be considered within 14 days from the date of receiving all necessary documents. Faulty products will be replaced and customers will receive new products without any faults in return. If it is impossible due to shortage of a particular product, we will return the full price of the commodity or offer a different commodity that is available immediately.

Costs of sending us the faulty product back are covered by the customer. Moreover, we do not accept any packages containing faulty products send in the cash on delivery form of payment. After stating that the reclamation is justified, costs of the product and the delivery will be returned to the customer.

While collecting the package from the courier it is important to check if it is packed in an original package. If there are any damages of the packaging visible, the customer should open the package in the presence of the courier. It will make it possible to create the report and then request compensation from the delivery company if any damages of products or lack of commodities occurs.

§ 6

Final provisions

 The selling party will publish any changes of the General Purchase Terms on the website. Any changes of the General Purchase Terms are effective right after their publication on the www.gatito.pl website. The aforementioned changes do not influence orders placed before the date.

The place of jurisdiction of any disputes arising from the terms and conditions is the court having jurisdiction over a company’s seat.

In the case of any issues that are not regulated by the terms and conditions, the proper provisions of the Civil Code are applicable.

 § 7

The principle and method of preservation, protection and sharing text of the agreement. 

Customers can get access to these Rules at any time via link found on the main site and download it www.gatito.pl and draw up its output.
Consolidation, security, access and the customer confirmation of the relevant provisions
Commodity sales contract by sending the customer to the specified e-mail address and
by adding to the parcel containing the Goods VAT invoice on the level of your account, the client has access to the completed orders.
